1) Could you describe your company as well as the products and solutions you will be presenting at TRUSTECH 2023?

IXLA is a well know brand in our industry: we are a slim and very focused organization working to supply to the market secure credential personalization systems among the best in the world. This year we will make an important step ahead, introducing a new colour printing technology, to complement laser for the personalization of documents. We will enlarge the broad range of desktop products for card and passport personalization already in the market since 20 years with 3,500 units working in 92 countries in the World.

 

2) What current trends do you think provide opportunities for your company?

We make products for physical credentials issuance and the current trend of implementing mixed solutions, centralized and decentralized, reinforces our unique positioning in terms of value proposition: our desktops offer quality, performance, reliability and competitive pricing. Our products’ features allow users to combine the different business models and fit in the budget.

 

3) Why did you choose to participate in TRUSTECH 2023?

How does TRUSTECH 2023 help grow your business? This show used to be the reference one in the World for many years. It is getting back to a very relevant position and is already an excellent stage to introduce novelties and meet old and new business friends and partners.

 

4) Will you be presenting innovative or new products or solutions there?

We will present our XPrint desktop printer for passport personalization, our first system combining laser and DoD to produce secure and colorful images on polycarbonate and other plastic substrates It will be available to the market at the beginning of 2024, as the first of a new range of systems.

 

5) Where do you intend to grow your business in the future (countries or verticals)?

Our business is already globally established. We are planning to reinforce our presence in each continent with local offices capable of taking care of business, but also of the after sales services. Rather than targeting specific sectors, we are working since few years on a business model that better deals with a changing industry, where, besides the traditional large integrators, there is now a number of smaller but very qualified players, moving faster and appreciating our responsiveness and flexibility.
