1) Could you introduce your company and the solutions you provide in the fields of payment and identification?
Certainly. Atlantic Zeiser, a Coesia company, has been a trusted global technology provider for more than 70 years. We’re headquartered in South Germany and are specialized in secure card personalization and digital printing. Our focus is on delivering high-security solutions for financial cards, ID cards, and commercial cards.
What really sets us apart is our modular approach. We bring together hardware, software, and ink technologies to create end-to-end systems that support every stage of the card production process, from blank card to delivery. Whether it's personalization, encoding, or packaging, our solutions are designed to offer the flexibility, reliability, and compliance that today’s card issuers demand. We're here to help our customers optimize their operations while ensuring they meet global standards with confidence.
2) What are your main motivations for exhibiting at TRUSTECH this year?
TRUSTECH has always been a leading event for showcasing innovation in payment and identification technologies. For Atlantic Zeiser, it's more than just a tradeshow. It’s a platform for meaningful engagement. It gives us the chance to connect directly with industry leaders, share our latest developments, and demonstrate our ongoing commitment to secure, efficient, and increasingly sustainable card production.
The event is also a valuable opportunity to address some of the most pressing industry challenges. These include the need for eco-conscious card materials, managing complex personalization requirements, and navigating evolving compliance standards. Our goal at TRUSTECH is to show how our solutions are tackling these challenges and helping our clients build long-term value and trusted partnerships in a dynamic market.
3) Which products, solutions or innovations will you be showcasing at TRUSTECH? Why are they particularly relevant in today’s market?
At TRUSTECH, we’re excited to highlight a selection of our flagship systems that reflect where the industry is heading. First up is the PERSOMASTER Pro, which is ideal for high-volume personalization programs. This includes financial institutions and government ID projects. It combines Drop-on-Demand inkjet technology with laser marking, offering the right mix of speed, security, and flexibility.
We’ll also be showcasing the PERSOSMART system. This is a compact solution designed for edge-to-edge color personalization. It’s well-suited for cards that need strong visual impact and supports a wide range of materials, all while staying compliant with the leading payment schemes.
Then there’s MAILMASTER, a compact, cost-effective, and efficient mailing solution. It is ideal for various order sizes and can process up to 3,000 cards per hour. Finally, we’ll present the CARDLINE VERSA Pro, a high-output system capable of personalizing up to 30,000 commercial cards per hour. This includes loyalty, gift, and membership cards. The system now also supports RFID encoding. All these solutions address key market demands. They offer secure personalization, work with a wide variety of materials including PVC, metal, Ocean Plastic, and wood, and ensure full compliance with payment standards from VISA, Mastercard, and Amex. Our systems are built to keep pace with the evolving industry demands.
4) In your view, what are the key trends currently shaping the payment, identification, or digital security sectors?
There are several trends that we believe are fundamentally reshaping the industry. Sustainability is clearly a top priority. There is a growing push for environmentally friendly card materials and more energy-efficient production systems. It has become a strategic focus for many companies.
Another major shift is in card delivery. There is increasing interest in moving away from traditional letter-based formats. Neobanks, in particular, are looking for more creative and branded ways to deliver cards to their customers.
Modular personalization is another key trend. We see growing demand for systems that allow late-stage customization and on-demand production. This adds flexibility and improves responsiveness while helping to manage inventories more effectively.
Finally, encoding and compliance remain central. As cards become more complex, combining contact and contactless chips, magnetic stripes, and certified logos, the need for integrated, compliant solutions becomes even more critical.
Overall, these trends reflect an industry that is focused on agility, trust, and operational excellence.
5) Do you have a message you'd like to share with visitors ahead of their visit to your stand at TRUSTECH?
