Marcus MAGARIAN, Managing Director of Chatsworth Securities LLC
Marcus Magarian serves as a Managing Director at Chatsworth Securities LLC, a U.S. investment bank established in 1996. He holds an MBA from HEC Paris (2007) and has been residing in Paris, France since March 2022. His primary focus is on companies interested in cross-border M&A transactions and those seeking debt or equity capital financing. He also aids companies looking to expand into the United States.
Prior to his current role, Marcus spent three years at ContentSquare, a digital experience analytics platform, as a SaaS vendor. He was among the first U.S. employees as the company expanded into the United States.
After graduating from HEC, Marcus was instrumental in setting up the international offices of Banco Votorantim, Latin America’s largest corporate bank. As the international Co-Head from 2007 to 2012, he collaborated with companies expanding into the US and Latin America.
Before these roles, Marcus gained valuable experience as an OTC derivatives trader at Morgan Stanley and Merrill Lynch.
