This includes technical advice via chat and video call, as well as a machine wiki with instruction manual and FAQs. Special features: You won't speak to just any Tom, Dick or Harry. By scanning the QR codes on your machine, you will be assigned a contact person specialized in your system. Our experienced machine technicians will help you use Augmented Reality to step right into error analysis and visually identify problem components. The practical History function documents the approach and saves the Support Case for future reference. If the same system error crops up again, you need only open the case to access instructions for fault correction. You minimize downtime and promptly resume production.
