Description

Proell is a producer of innovative screen printing inks and bonding agents for plastic cards.
Our NoriCard (solvent-based), NoriCure® (UV) and AquaCard® (water-based) ink systems developed for decorating PVC/PETG and PC films show excellent laminating properties and peel strength with various overlays.
Product range:
NoriCard is our proven solvent-based screen printing ink for lamination of PVC films. A wide range of metallic color shades is available for printing on PVC films. NoriCard can be laminated with PVC overlay films at 140 °C (284 °F).
NoriCard LSI is a new one-component screen printing ink for the manufacture of single and multi-layered PVC cards. The printed ink layers are highly flexible and accept offset decoration.
NoriCard LSI has excellent laminating properties with uncoated PVC overlay films at a temperature of 140 °C (285 °F). The laminated films show high peel strength values.
NoriCard LSI is a user-friendly ink system, formulated free of aromatic solvents, cyclohexanone, ketone and phthalates.
 
NoriCure® CCI is a ready to use UV screen printing ink for PVC and PETG core films used in card manufacturing. NoriCure® CCI 944/004 is the most opaque white UV ink for card lamination
The printed ink layers are flexible and accept offset decoration.
NoriCure® CCI 944/004 has excellent laminating properties with coated PVC overlay films at a temperature of 140 °C (285 °F).
The laminated cards show high peel strength values. A wide range of silver, gold and effect pigment inks is available.
 
NoriCure® EVO is a new 2-component UV curing screen printing ink suitable for printing on PC and PVC core films used for lamination of ID and credit cards.
NoriCure® EVO has good lamination and peel strength properties with PC overlay films at a temperature of 180 °C and with coated PVC overlay films at a temperature of 140 °C.
 
AquaCard® is a new water-based screen printing ink for the production of PVC, PETG and PC cards.
Core films or overlays printed with AquaCard® can be laminated at 140 °C with PVC and PETG films and at 180 °C with PC.
The adhesion of the laminated card with uncoated overlay shows high peel strength.
