As a specialist in the areas of risk, decision making, innovation and leadership, Casper Berry has worked with some of the best international companies in the world, including Visa, Google, IBM, Barclays, Citgroup, Axa, Nestle, Esso, KPMG, Orange, ASDA Walmart.

“I work to enrich companies’ understanding of how we make decisions and deal with risk, a subject which cuts to the heart of the ways in which we allocate resources, plan time, do more with less and maximize returns.”

Having studied economics at Cambridge University, Casper has spent time as an actor and film writer, built and sold his own company to a PLC and operated as a professional poker player in Las Vegas.

What he saw in the mechanics of poker was a relevance to business that was not fully understood or realized by most.
